Sorry guys, that should be 117.5 LSA.

The point of emphasis should be 120 intake centerline.

From what I've found the advertised duration for the Hotcam @ .006 is 272/281. They aren't horribly lazy when compared to the advertised duration on the closest Comp XE lobes 3313/3315 [218/230 @ .050] which rated @ .006 lift are 270/282.

I'm running the Hotcam with 1.65 rockers which nets .544/.544 lift and it ran pretty good.

I do that from time to time, but at least the right info is here to help folks make a more informed decision.

WOW, I got an email on this since I was watching this tread years ago. Since then I modifed the 1999 Conv Z28 with a cam hotter than the "Hot Cam" and got 11.8 with stock heads at the track.
Then I got a 1993 Z28 and built a Pro stocker and that cam has a .630 lift, solid w/ rollers (and about $25,000 in motor, compter, and the list goes on and on); that runs a 10.7. There both in the garage since Premium fuel is over $4.00 per gallon and 114 racing fuel is over $11.00 per gallon.

Hard to belive so much has changed in all these years.
