Small black plate about 1/2 inch, between the carb and intake with a mysterious blue fitting in the front. Kinda funny description for just a carb spacer but it may be just that for all I know.

I've never seen a street driven smallblock that buzzed to 8500, but I hope I get to some day before I die. If you really think you are going to get there, don't chinse on the brakes or get a chute or something
