Our thinking may be flawed, correct me if you see things differently.
The objectives were to increase plenum size, improve air distribution
and increase intake plenum pressure. All of this should be accomplished
but that does not necessarily mean improved performance.
Randy, I’m a bit stumped by this whole thread… you’ve got the _rear_ cylinders running rich??? Are you sure? What else is done to the setup? LT1’s almost always run with the rear cylinders lean because it’s hard to make the bend into the front ports, and the air that makes it to the back of the manifold hit’s the back wall and goes down the ports. When people blow them up, especially with boost they almost always loose the rear cylinders first, usually, 7&8 sometimes 5…

Mark,

I'll ask again about the back cylinders running rich, I;m sure that's
what I was told but maybe he was mistaken.

The combination is a flat top 383 CI LT1 4.030" stroke, 3.750" stroke

Stock heads ported, at first just a basic clean up with out making major
changes to the port size, later I raised the port roof 1/8", it didn't
improve performance much. Chambers are worked to unshroud the
valves and one groove cut in each squish pad.

The cam is a solid roller from Bullet, I'll check on the specks,
~ 270 degrees @ 0.050" ~ 0.630" lift.

T350 with 4.30 gears in the rear end, 9 X 30" radial slicks.

The Car has been 9.90s in good air, 10.20s in the heat. 60 ft times in
the high 1.29s to low 1.30s. Lacks power on the top end. Theres more
to be found I'm sure.

How would you do the linkage in your dual TB intake? Hook them so they both open at the same rate and everything, or make them progressive?
Well, somebody has finally done this
