cyl head torque values plz.

i have searched, but i havent been able to get comfortable with a definitive answer for my app. if i could get a solid answer from someone, i would appreciate it.

i am using arp perf. series bolts on worked LT4 heads. i am running a vortech sc as well. i have the heads torqued to 22 ft/lbs right now, and am unsure of how is best to proceed with my motor. would it be sufficient to angle them the additional 67/80 degrees, or would it be better to step them to 50 ft/lbs, and finish at 65 ft/lbs?

thanks for your help.

The ARPs are not torque to yield so the angle method wouldn't apply, just tight them as you said to 50 then to 65 using appropriate lubricant and sealer were necesury. Make sure to tight them down in the correct sequence.
