Rob, There is NO replacement for displacement.

Why does a V8 High Performance motor have to suck gas. With my driving habits, I waste more gas than many people.

My LPE 383 would give 200+ miles on a tank of gas in the city and 300 + cruising with the cruise control set on. I have 3.73 gears and when in the city I do pound on it when I can. This motor makes over 450 ft/lbs of torque according to the one in the catalog.

Turbo T-Type cars and Turbo T/A's are some bad asses. Now..the 2nd gen turbo T/A...we wont talka bout that :/

I read on thirdgen that a 3.1 and 3.4 will drop right in as they are the same block just bored out a little bigger and different cranks and stuff. Locations for everything are the same, so it shouldn't be that hard to do.
