nah no leaks at all. Is there anything else that can cause my car to be at low RPMs and even turn off att times with alot of smoke when it starts on low rpms?

but sometimes it just starts good and idles good. any ideaas? i just had my fuel injectors cleaned yesterday, i feel alot better performance but it still turns off at red lights.

Check the fuel pressure. You may have to go with a gage taped onto your glass if you want to run for a while.

A pump on the way out might show signs by not pressurizing the system when the key is in the on position. Also, the pressure might be low or sometimes cut out. If the car cuts out, and you have pressure, that is not the problem.

bad fuel pump can idle normal but when you try to get on it with a load, the car will start to stumble. that is what my old 96 V6 Camaro would do.

Have you tried "dry-Gas", wate in the tank can cause similar problems as a bad pump.
A pressure gage will help. Although, water will pumpo at a lower pressure, so it can be deciveing...
My wife's car had 2 QUARTS of water in the tank under the pump...symptoms was stumbling on acceleration, fine if not under load...stumble at sharp turns or hard stops. Or on steep inclines....the key was the "sloshing" would cause symptoms.

You also might check your air filter, and your O2 sensor. I have know cars that this happened to them. IF it wasn't your pump or your filter and your getting the pressure that you need, maybe it is just needing a breath of air??? just a suggestion.
