That 3.27 would be fine if you got one of the 93 T56's. If you have a 94+, then that would be a little on the small side.

YEAH BABY! I got a '93 M6 trans in my '94 A4 car and I love it. Still kickin it with the stock 3.23's...most of the '93's came with 2.73's and this tranny, 3.23's were like an option. Still going to 3.42's to match my cam better, but with these gears I still knock out 28 mpg on the highway, minimal cam surge with a 224/232 (112), and ride at 80 at 2100. Good stuff!

Yeah when I blow the straight 6 up I'm planning on going to a 350. I need something torquey since it's a 4x4 and what makes better torque than TPI?? I plan on just putting all the electronics in the engine bay (in a box to keep the mud off.) Shouldn't be too tough as there are "350-in-a-Jeep" swap kits available. That'll take care of the mounts and such...I'll just have to work out the wiring.
