well its not the fuel pump or fuel filter, because gas flows freely through all of that, im wondering if maybe its an injector??? or if i just have a bad spark???

Would having a bad spark keep it from starting??

Somewhere between the uotput on the fuel filter and the engine something is happening.

just because gas flows freely does not mean that the punp isnt bad. You need to take find out how much pressure the pump is putting out. I did this a few weeks ago. My pump was only pumping at 6 psi when normal operating pressure is between 40 and 60 I believe. The car would starts ( sometimes...) barely idle and then die. Eventually we ended up pouring gas into the throttle body to keep it running while we drove it onto a lift.
