fuel pump q's

Has anyone replaced their fuel pump with an aftermarket one such as Holley? What is the quality of theis part or should I replace it with the OE parts? Thanks!

I used the Walbro one and it went well. I believe the Granatelli one is supplied by Walbro. BTW, it was the 225 one.

I used a stock Delco replacement. No problems, and it is a fairly modified motor.

I replaced my mech pump with an inline holley pump when I converted to TPI and had no problems with it.

One of my friends is using my holley pump on his modded 355 in his 86 Z28 and it runs great in his car. My pump is 230/lph.

The delco one is fine but AFAIK, it is more money unless you have connections at a dealership and the rated flow is not as high.

I would say it depends on if you're pulling the tank or cutting out the hatchback.

If pulling the tank get a good one(I think delco would be fine) because its a bitch to pull the tank

If cutting out the hatch( what I did) take your chances with a cheap one from auto zone
