More than likely. I missed a week of work, and my back still hurts when I move crap around. Not bad, but im too young to have a bad back. Anyways, her insurance finally contacted me and said that she confirmed what happened and basically they are gonna cover my losses. What that means I dunno. Because they are gonna take one look at it and be like uh, total? So im gonna talk to that attorney monday and see whats up.....

Man This sucks I saw your pics and I have to say besides the damage that is one awsome Z28 I hope you can get it fixed I`m bringing mine out for the summer and you might be laying yours to rest that F`in blows get as much as you can out of that b!ch

 

Any updates on what your gunna do with the car? Is your back getting better? That b!tch deserves to have her bank accounts wiped out to get your Z28 fixed.... you F'ed it up B!tch.... now get the Z28 looking like it was before... chop chop .... summer is around the corner! Bout got into a wreck Friday when i was coming back home to Nebraska... a deer had been struck in the right lane of I-80 ... and a cop was right in front of me.. so he pulled over to assist those people who had pulled over.... well.....i get into the passing lane... i look in my rear view mirror... here comes this honda booking it in the right lane..... (i was in my 95 Camaro) ..... and I was the lead car...... so I had to slam on my brakes so the honda wouldnt hit the deer and lose control.... just had enough room for him to barely get into the passing lane , missing the deer by a foot...... wanted to personally beat that little ****s a$$ for not paying attention...

 

Well, no real word yet as far as whats gonna happen to the car. I know its a total. A guy is coming out tomorrow morning to look at it. Hes from her insurance. I spoke with that attorney today and he seemed like a really great guy. Told me the whole process of how this would go down. Also I am going to the doc again tomorrow to seek some kinda therapy. After working today, I felt OK, but my back was aching more than it had been the week before, so I can tell its related to lifting and what now. Ahhhh man, this is gonna get dragged out for months. But oh well, I hope I get enough out of the right now for my car to at least get an IROC that I have been looking at. I have no other car and have to bus to work now.... Sucks

mother ****ing insurance , i swear. so the i call the company( chick who hit me) and im asking what I can do about getting a rental since my only means of transportation is now gone. They said ok, we will give you a rental until we send you our offer. If you accept, we will cover the rental until the check comes. If you do not accept, thats it, boom, no more rental no money. You have 3 years to file a loss of property or property damage suit. I was like so I will get enough to get a comparable vehicle right? And they say, no, we will give you what your car is worth....... I was about to scream. I said, ok, so you are going to sit here and tell me that even though I was the victim, i got rear-ended, by someone who wasnt paying attention, thats it, thats all you are going to and just expect me to accept it. She said, well sir, how do you know she wasn't paying attention??? Were you watching here. no i thought so. I was like excuse me, she rearended me doing 35 mph when I was stopped at a light. How can you tell me she was paying attention!!!! She goes, well sir, thats why they are called accidents, because they were no ones fault. I said, it was her fault, she rear-ended me, how can you deny that. She said, I have been doin this for 12 years and.......... I hung up on her. Man I am so pissed off. ****, im screwed. I am not gonna get anything outa this, and now my insurance will rise anyway because it seems to anytime you file a claim. This is bull****. Sorrie, had to vent.
