Turns out she may not have insurance, IM covered for uninsured motorist, but if thats the case, my insurance will only pay up to 5k, and thats it. It looks like ill be taking this to court, I can't believe she provided me with out of date information.... Shes gonna pay, thats it I guess

OMG ... she was driving a car that wasnt insured?!?!? ... that B!TCH needs to get some SENSE knocked into her!!!... good thing your insurance covers that! or else I would say break into her apartment/house and take her belongings that equal that amount... what ticks me off even more that she wasnt supposed to be on the road to begin with!

Ya she provided me with insurance info, but apparently it is outdated or not current, at least thats what my insurance is saying, so **** it, im tired of messing around, im gonne be without a car for god knows how long now, im going to work froday to talk to that attorney and hopefully he will sue the **** out of her. Biiitch does not deserve to get away like that.

Yeah she needs to be taught a lesson THE HARD WAY!! There is no reason for a uninsured motorist to be out on the road. I hope she goes through hell for what she's putting you through right now.

I dunno if they sell any full aftermarket quarterpanels... if so that b!tch just bought u OEM $500+ per side quarter panels.... plus exhaust pipes, bumper, hatch, tail-lights, and any suspension damage she may have cost you.

I dunno but in the pics it looks like your PHR and LCA's are bent. Better include new ones from Spohn in that damage estimate. Torque arm might need replacing too.....

Yeah, I don't know whats going to happen yet. I would very much like to repair my car, but I doubt it would ever be the same. But yeah, there are countless parts that need to be replaced here, most of which are discontinued GM pieces, and I WILL NOT settle for aftermarket pieces, I have seen the quality first hand and I will not accept that. Nothing fits like OEM. Thanks guys, I appreciate all the comrodery here. I just wants whats fair, and with any luck, months don the road I might be compensated, but the way these things get drawn out, I won't be seeing anything for a while.

Keep the input coming guys! I appreciate it

I think I pay around 1600 a year for insurance. My friend has a 00 RS and he pays like 400 something a month in insurance, can you believe that??? Well, hoefully I'll hear some more info today and get the ball rolling. but it looks like it;ll go to court, and I wont see a dime for 6 months to a year, thats usually how these things get dragged on.... But thanks guys!

Got an estimate from the guys at my shop and so far there is about 7K in GM parts and labor....... I knew this was bad. so yeah, looks like I will more than likely get paid and cash in on something a little more modern....
