I went from A 305 Stock TPI to a crate 350 and used all the TPI parts. In addition to these which are needed on a 350 TPI:
1) 22# fuel injectors
2) Knock sensor for a 350
3) New Chip for the ECM (requires data for 350)
I also upgraded the runners and added headers,but are not required. Everything else will work with no problems.

You might want to look into a custom chip of some sort as well, especially if you're got other mods ...
