Who unfortunately has A LOT of following around the world!

While we're on the "overpaid self-serving egotistical British blowhards" subject, I think Simon Cowell made Clarkson looked like a puppy while he was on the show...

PS - To the Brits, no we don't hate you and think you're all Cowells and Clarksons! (at least I don't :-)

I saw that episode. Cowell came off as a puppy compared to his persona on American Idol. I enjoy the show, and some of the personas portrayed appear to be orchestrated for sheer entertainment and not necessarily for content.

FWIW, I have several friends in the UK, one of which owns a Monaro and he absolutely loves the new Camaro. In fact he often bugs me to purchase my 95 Z28 if I want to sell it.

I unfortunately am afraid that most of the world views the camaro as they always have(at least the 3rd and 4th gens). cheap parts glued together like a model car. I really hope I am wrong or that the marketing teams know how to attack this.

It doesn't matter, with all the glue and plastic our cars still have more charter and following than theirs will ever have and that's a fact. No one collects 69 BMW 3 series but a 69 Chevy of almost any model is highly collectable even by rich Brits.

that's because they didn't make a 3 series in 1969...

It was a example if they had made em our cars would still be more desirable and collectible is the point.
