Also, I may wait until after NAIAS just in case, even though plenty of people have said not to expect anything there this year, people say lots of things so

Read through all ten pages and didn't notice anyone mention the SPOILER under the camo on the left car. Looks pretty obvious to me. Probably a safe bet then that that's a V8.

Not to rehash my conspiracy theory about GM surprising us with releasing the "bad-@ss" V8 the first year, but how about the wheels? Are those "regular" aftermarket wheels, or something new. If they're something new by GM, I'd probably be making WAY TOO MUCH out of the coincidence that "10 spoke" designs were used on the "top" C5 & C6 Corvettes (Z06) and and in 00-02 on what was marketed as the top Camaro (SS).....right?

Parked next to those big, blocky Mustangs, it really does look very sleek and aggressive.

Not necessarily much smaller, but tighter.

Im so happy to see the Camaro Fleet up against the Mustangs. I can see the blue vert is a v6 and the other is a v8. It maybe that one of the Camaros is a v6 and the other is a v8. Regardless, I JUST LOVE THE NEW CAMARO. GM, COUNT ON MY BUSINESS

Wow...seeing these pics and Steven's renderings (nice job by the way) really makes me want to post some of the cool stuff I get to work on surrounding the production Camaro. You're in for a treat though come late '08. I'm sad that I'd have the law dogs barking up my tree if I posted anything right now.

I will say this, the car looks amazing and very true to the concept. While I haven't seen it in person, I've had a chance to do a thorough 'virtual' inspection of the car's styling and I have to say GM did a great job.

In the meantime I'll enjoy reading everyone's speculation.

Oh, that's just mean to the rest of us..........the speculations are running through my mind......at least tell us if this is something for the masses or a Scott S Special Edition........

Forgot about the Suburbans...definitely not posting anything...no sir.

The way GM is working with us here at Jada is very inspiring and shows that they're really going to be supporting this car in a big way. EMI has been great to work with as well, though our licensing folks deal with them mostly. I'm just the lowly designer.

Anyway, didn't mean to hijack the thread. I look forward to speaking with you Scott! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
