probably not wording my search just right, but for the rear tires, whatever offset, whats the widest i can do with tubbing or rubbing? if i need a special offset, please specify, and what width rim. i have 16" rims now but shopping for larger, dont know if 17x11 is my limit.

 

I think a 295 would be the max with no modifications other then a adjustible panhard rod. 315s are pretty much the limit if you dont tub it or flair the fenders. Read the FAQ at the top of the fourm to see whats involved in putting on 315s.

 

The LT1 and LS1 4th Gens are identical with regard to the chassis and wheel well dimensions. Everything in the FAQ that is labeled "4th Gen" applies to your LS1, including the writeup on the 315's, and the recommended offsets vs. wheel width.

People have managed to run 335's on the back of the 4th Gen's, so it is possible.
