stickiest tire setup
Which setup would stick better on the street?
17x11
18x10.5
17x9.5 with nittos or et streets?
I know wider wheels would help, but would them being bigger help them stick better than a narrower wheel with stickier tire? which would you recommend?

Tirerack doesn't sell Nittos.
Try one of the supporting vendors. Tbyrne Motorsports sells them:

I've never had Nittos, but they seem really popular along with the BFGoodrich G-force T/A KDWs. Personally, I run the Eagle F1 GS-D3s and like them a lot, but I can't compare with the others since I've never had them. Any of these 3 would be good.

Re: stickiest tire setup
I have BFG 315/35-17 Drag Radials on 17x11 ZR1's for the street, and there is almost enough traction to hold 400+rwHP through a high stall convertor and 4.11's. With 3.73's they hooked well.

Re: stickiest tire setup
Street driving people have seen as much as 15k from a set but the average is around 12k. If you like to do burnouts or go to the track often you can expect the life to decrease rapidly.

I really like my Kumhp Ecsta MX's.
They are pretty tacky and very soft for a street tire.
Treadwear seems to be pretty good too.
I don't do a lot of burnout's and stuff either though. Tire life matters too me I guess.
