Help with open-ended lugnuts

I've got longer wheel studs in the rears and I have zr1's for the street, and the studs are too long for the lug nuts. Is there a certain type of open-lug nut that I would need to run with the zr1's? Thanks.

I have the 17x11 ZR1's in the back, 3" x 1/2-20 studs. I got a set of closed end "duplex" acorn lugs (at least twice as long as the standard acorn), and they were still not long enough. So I drilled/tapped the ends so the tips of the studs would fit through them. Doesn't look great, but at least there are no ugly threads sticking out of the end of the lugs.

The duplex lugs were made by Excaliber. I'm not sure if they make them in 12mm-1.5.
