This is a Dumb Question, But I Want to be Sure

I have been running 245/40 18's on my Camaro with no problem (they are the stock replacement size in a +2 fitment). I have a set of 245/45 18's that I would like to put on. They are the same width, but an inch taller. Will these fit with no problems?
Thanks!

Shouldn't be a problem, I would just try it. I have 295/35/19 on the rear of my Z, and its lowered 1.5 ".

That's what I thinking, I just wanted to make sure that they wouldn't rub.
