Show me your wheels

I have an 85 Z28 and I'm in the market for some new wheels but I haven't really found any that really stuck out. So I figured maybe if you guys can show me what kind of wheels you have on yours it will help me make a decision. Thanks!

Main problem is there are not a lot of 3rd Gen owners posting here.

True, but us 4th gen guys could post our wheels to help out, some of which would probably look good on the 3rd gen.

I still have stock salad shooters on my car so I can't contribute much to the discussion, but I'd like to see some wheel ideas also. I'm also contemplating new wheels, but haven't seen anything I have fallen in love with yet.

Right now I'm thinking the Torque Thrust wheels, either IIs or Ms. But I see too many Mustangs with that wheel, so I'm kinda looking for something new and different that doesn't look too over the top ghetto or rice.

Hey, I have an idea... I bet Salad Shooters would look great on the 3rd gen... I'll sell you a set. Just kiddin.

The "stickies" at the top of the Wheels and Tires forum listing were put there to "help people out". We have a thread showing "Wheels for 4th Gens". Its 7 pages long.

There's also Brent Franker's "Appearance" website with hundreds of pictures of 4th Gen wheels.

As usual, you are right, the sticky is a good place to start. However, some of the links are broken, and there are pics that are no longer hosted, especially on the first page.

Brent's site is a good idea, I'll go look there.

bit old but in case you haven't seen her check out my cardomain as i've had 5 different sets on my hardtop alone.

if you go to gmhightech's website i think my feature is still up also which has a real nice closeup. there are so many options the sky's the limit. i run bozeforged on all of my thirdgens now, a bit expensive but can't beat the finish, fit and quality.

good luck.
