My car is a 95 z28 i purchased a set of 1999 corvette oem wheels 17/8.5 front and 18/9.5 rear and was wondering what is the lowest ride height i can acheive with these sizes?

wrong section. this is the 2010 wheels and tires section.....however, i had a set of c5 z06 wheels on my 99 trans am and i lowered it 3" if it helps you out.

Go with coilovers to get the perfect / possible ride height... but what's "practical" depends on the roads in your area.
