Factory C6 wheels require 1-1/4" spacers in the back. Read this thread from the FAQ stickied at the top of the page:

The factory C5 Z06 rear wheels are also likely to rub on the inside fender liner, because of the 8" backspace.
The front wheels are generally not a problem.
I don't have data for the C6 Z06 wheels handy.
