95 LT1 with LS1 front brake conv. what skinnies will fit?

95 LT1 with LS1 front brake conv. what skinnies will fit?
with the least amount of work involved, will the telstars fit over the LS1 brakes? is there any brand of skinnies that will fit without grinding?
Thanks for your help guys!

A buddy of mine with a 99 SS runs the Centerline AutoDrags. I don't think he had to do anything to get them to fit.

I have LS1 front brakes on mine . I run prostars at the track . You just have to use a 5/16 spacer like you had to use on the LT1 brakes neways . They dont run the calipers at all .

If you use the spacers, do you have to use longer studs, and different lugnuts. I heard that with the telstars there was no spacers needed, and you could use the factory nuts but this was on an LT1 with stock brakes. The brake upgrade i went with was off a 1999 v6 camaro, but I'm pretty sure the v6 and v8 1998 and up all have the same size dual piston front brake setup.
I'm just looking for the most cost effective and simple method to mount some skinnies for the track. I appreciate all your advice, keep her coming!

grind some meat off the calipers
i had too with my telstars and LS1 brakes

take some duct tape, cover the caliper put the wheel on, spin it and where it rubs into the caliper, grind it then remove the tape, put some new tape on.... rinse and repeat until it fits without any rubbing and its on all the way

front calipers have alot of meat on them and you will only need too grind on the outside edge where there is no fluid going thru the caliper

also, on the wheels, the inside lip will have some welding slag that can be ground off also for more room...be gentle on the wheel tho, it is a soft material and doesnt take much too remove the slag

its a cheap alternative like you asked for

Fwiw , I drove 3 years with skinnies , stock studs and the 5/16 spacers you can buy at autozone . Never had a problem . You would have to grind the calipers that route .
