295 on the rear?

I have 16x8 rims and i was wondering if I could get 295/50/16's on the rear? How would that look? Anyone have pictures?

Re: 295 on the rear?

With a 27.6" diameter tire (2" larger diameter than the stock tires), you're going to have to have some really big rearend gears.... a 3.73 set is going to feel like a 3.42 with a tire that big. And, with the 12.2" section width, you will probably have problems similar to the 315/35-17's..... that tire is going to be hanging almost 2" off each side of the rim, and rubbing on the inner fender.

I guess it would sort of look like my 28x10.5-15W slicks.....

that would look like crap. Not a good idea. I wouldn't go wider than a 255 on a 16 x 8
