20"s with 245/35/20 with a 35mm offset

iam gonna be buying some 20x8.5 rims with a 35mm offset for my other car but iam gonna use them on the camaro but iam wondering if i put them on but iam gonna be using a adapter since iam gonna get them in a 5x100 an 5x114.3 so they fit my other two cars. so will the tire be sticking out of the wheel well with a 20x8.5 with a offset of 35mm then with a adapter of 1"

The calculations I did for the table in the Wheels & Tires FAQ (did you check it?) indicate that for an 8.5" wide wheel, a 35mm offset puts the outer edge of the tire close to, but still inside the outer edge of the fender. Adding a 1" spacer would put the tire maybe 1/2" - 3/4" outside the fender. Couple that with the 26.7" tire diameter (larger than stock) and its very likely you will have the front fender coming down on the tread. The back won't be much better.
