Angry 15x10 Prostar 7.5 B.S Problem

im trying to order new prostar 15x10 wheels with a 7.5 backspacing for a 5 x 4.5 lug pattern.i know thats the majic size/b.s to fit the 4th gen but i called weld and summit and they said weld does not make a 15x10 wheel with more than a 6.5 B.S.Weld said the same thing and they dont custom do anything. How do guys with 4th gens have these wheels??

if i cant get this wheel i guess a 15x8 with a 5.5 B.S will work

The stud circle is 5x4.75, so hopefully that was your problem...

I bought my 15x10 7.5" BS wheels from Summit. But they do not carry them in the catalog or online. You have to get the part # from Weld, and give it to a Summit phone line "order taker". You used to be able to go to the Weld website and find the part number and detailed dimensions of every wheel they made. Now they have "updated" their website, and it is totally useless.

But point is, Weld does make 15x10 7.5" BS wheels.

Moving thread to "Wheels and Tires".

Re: 15x10 Prostar 7.5 B.S Problem

thanks guys for the reply.i did find out the bolt circle is 4.75 which is the reason why i couldnt get a 7.5 b.s option.i was shocked at how retarded welds website is and how bad its setup which didnt help the situation.i ended up getting 15x10 with the 7.5 b.s for the rear.as for tires im debating between M/T drag radials or the hoosier QTP.im hearing great things about the drag radials, its just hard to take them into account when i want to go with a full out slick since i have a 12 bolt now haha.
