Space Shuttle Tragedy

God Bless the men and women of the Space Shuttle Columbia. They are gone but their work in the exploration of space will never be forgotten. They are truly hero’s to our country. America needs to stay strong once again and over come this tragedy.

I'm in Lubbock at school right now so I don’t have any personal story about this tragedy to post. My Dad back in Fort worth said it sounded like something heavy fell over in the up stairs of our house. Does anyone else have a personal story? Did anyone see it? Has anyone found any debris?

made me sad when i heard about it at work today... at least they died in service of their great country doing something they loved for the benefit of all mankind.

very tragic event, after the challenger i thought i would never se anything like this happen again

Yeah it is very sad. I work for WOAI, and went to Nacadoches on a live shot. It was very scary to see the charred remains of the shuttle... You felt really sad knowing, that those poor people could not do a thing to save their lives.
