i just put a turbo 355 LT4 in my 95 trans am and i'm not getting any fuel pressure

it there any of the mystery plugs i may have forgotten

there is one that i think goes in the car, it is on the branch off the pcm that goes in the car with the three big plugs and one little one with 3 wires. where does the little one go? could that be the problem?

any suggestions i don't want to have to drop the tank unless i absolutly have to as i just put an sts kit on it and that is going to be a bitch to take off and put back on
