Cool

Tony , What's up ???!!!!! I've E-Mailed you a couple of times , but I figured that you got so fast that you didn't want to mess with us old slow pokes !!!! What ever happened to Tanner ??? I'm fairly happy with the new stroker , I really won't be able to tell until I get some drag radials , or I might try those circle track tires I've got first. It'll be good to see you again , come in early and stop at Hastings , then We'll go down to the south end !!! See ya tomorrow , Ed ( Oh by the way , Thomas smoked a couple more pistons with too much boost and not enough fuel , AND had the A/F meter on the inlet side of the engine and the return side went lean !! ) Once he gets it all buttoned down , it should be one BAD *** truck !!!!

Tanner was last in town about a month ago that I saw him. He just freshened up his stroker again from what I hear. He needs to get a rear end for that car and get some times.

From what I hear Tanner is fed up with it and wants to sell it.

He was having some oil pressure problems and an oil leak. We thought it may be the valve covers leaking since he has AFR's now. Or possibly a loose oil fliter. He changed his oil filter and put heavier oil in it and it has had no issues since. I think that he will probibly end up keeping it. When you have gone as far as he has the you take a huge lose by selling it.

I agree Scott, but from what I understood from the last time you and me talked you made it sound like he was fixing to turn to the dark side and buy a C5

Someone needs to let tanner and raymond know that they need to come out tonight. Luke is calling them, but I don't know if he is going to get through to them. Hope that it doesn't rain tonight!

Yeah, but I think he was just pissed because he was still having problems. He sounded serious, but he will probibly keep it.

I called Raymond and he said that he will make it out but it will be after 11pm. He has to work late. Tanner lives in Abiline, so I dont think that he will drive all the way down just for car club.

See ya'll tonight!!

Well, I got to meet some cool guys and race a couple of Firehawks....it was fun and I think my beat up ol' thirdgen (teehee) did pretty good against a bunch of LS1 cars.

Well....I must say...I really enjoyed coming back down there again! It was nice seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones. I will try to come back down again. But..I promise it will not be on a Wednesday night!! It was hell getting up at 4:30 am and driving to Austin to work!! So....next time Friday night will be the night!

Ed....enjoyed the race! Next time I will bring some stickum tires so I dont have to play catch up! I was lucky to catch up to you...I didnt think it would ..you had such a jump on me! I really didnt think I would be racing people though. My own fault for not bringing good tires. You have really improved that car since last year! It looks good, sounds good, and runs hella good! Tell Thomas to fix his damn truck!

Later Ags

Tony
