400RWH is plenty for most people and definately respectable. does it matter if it comes from a bolt on LS1 or a turbo v6? Mine's a v6, its nearly paid for, in excellent condition. Its got a built tranny and rear-end. Something your going to need to do for a v8 car pushing that much power..... why swap it? Once I finish upgrading the suspension Im going the turbo route. Either route can be argued. The only thing that doesnt make sense to me is a guy running a stock car talking down to someone who has put the effort into his own ride.

I wasnt refering to anyone in this thread, but I have seen T/A / Z-28 guys with nothing more than aftermarket rims flame a v6 pushing more power than them. that doesnt make sense to me. what difference does it make if you are pushing 400RWHP out of a 3800, LT1 or LS1? none really.
