Unhappy Starter problem or Flywheel problem

i have a 1987 Camaro 2.8L V-6 automatic transmission and everytime i start up my car it turns over and starts but it almost sounds like a squeel/grinding noise. it almost sounds like a belt but it definately isn't. i had narrowed it dont to either the flywheel or the starter. now ever since i had this problem i had been having a problem with vibrations in my car. now do u think the starter gear may be stuyck out cause at times i catch a little of that same noise when im atarting out at a stop sign or right before the transmission shifts into 2nd. or do u think its a combination of flywheel damage because of the starter that is causing the vibrations cause im sure if u had flywheel damage and it cause it to go off balance and cause vibrations? or maybe the starter could be possibly be loose or the gear could be stuck out and cause vibrations i have no idea. some one please help me soulve this. it actually is making my car sound like total crap and its making it run horrible it seems. sorry if this seems like a bunch of jumbled up words but im sure u get the idea of whats going on please help
