intake question....

I have a 3.8L v6 02 camaro, so far my only preformance mod, is a full catback borla exhaust. I am looking to do some sort of intake modification, and am really stuck on what to do...

Im trying to find what will work best with the borla, I know theres the SLP cold air, and theres the lid, filter, ect combo...

I want the best for hsp gains , and I have no clue what to get, also with the lid, I hear its bad during rain and stuff, things can get messed up...?

If anyone can help me any, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Get the lid, smooth bellow, ram air kit etc.

Those that complain about it in the rain, neglect to mention that it wasn't the rain that got them in trouble, but the river crossing they plowed through at 40 MPH.

You shouldn't have any trouble in the rain. Because the throttle body isn't strong enough to suck water into the air inlet. A Supercharger could do that, but not Normally aspirated. The only way you can get water in there is if you actually shove water into the system. Drive responsible and you will never have a problem with it.

Whisper Lid with Raised Airbox Mod is your best way to get most HP out of your air intake setup.
