I just had a crazy idea.

I have a 1996 camaro RS with the 3800 series II of course and I was thinking of ways that I could make my camaro faster. Of course it came across my mind multiple times in the past and present to get a supercharger however they are just too expensive. So i thought to the next thing. Turbo. HOWEVER! Not just one but two. Could it be done? A twin turbo set up? Sounds sick, but how much would something like that cost?

The cost is going to probably exceed that of a super charger.

Darn! lol I actually figures out how to get a supercharger for the camaro within $300 price range. I am not talking about a grand prix supercharger or anything like that. I am talking about one that you could use to really give you a 50% hp boost. Its A LOT of work but it will make for a fun protect one day.

I hate to tell you this, But your going to have more than 300$ to have a reliable boosted setup. Why not go with a single turbo set up. Even a rear mounted turbo set up will add a significant amount of power to your vehile.

for the price of forced induction you could easily and much more reliably do a v8 swap that would make similar if not more power, just my opinion
