The P1518 would be the first place I'd look. Because if it cant get a correct signal from the throttle body in the first place, it cant get the readings its expecting from the purge valve. Its showing the comm link between the computer and tac to be at fault. Since you have already replaced the Tac, I would say follow the wiring from there all the way back to the computer. Get an ohm meter if you cant follow the wires and find a wiring diagram for the pin-out on the computer plug so you can just check the resistance between the connectors. If that checks out ok, then you will probably need a computer.... UNLESS they either didnt change the tac module or the new one may possibly be bad. Does your scanner give you live data or just codes?
Anyway, if it ends up looking like the computer, find a salvage yard unit so you dont spend a bunch more money on something you might not need. I cant really see it being much more than the computer or the wiring between it and the module with those codes. As far as the purge codes, may be directly related either way. OR could be loose/disconnected corroded, etc wires. Jack up the back of your car and get some jackstands or something so you can crawl underneath. Should be some plugs on the floor pan either right in front or above the axle on the drivers side. Should be two of them, they go to your fuel pump and the purge system. Check to make sure they arent loose or any cut wires or anything like that. Let us know what you find out.
