high idleing
Just a quick question,
When i start up my car, and I am in park, my car idles high anywhere between 1500 and 2500 rpm. It is different every time I start up. When i put the car in drive, without touching the gas, the car idles around 1500 rpm. I can go up to 15mph without touching the gas. When i change from park to drive or reverse the car jumps forward or back.
Do any of you know what could be wrong with my car?

No, a cold idle shouldn't be that high. 1,500 tops. And after the car warms up it should idle normal - seems like his does this all the time.
The throttle cables, and cams may be sticking a bit. Try some WD-40 on the thottle cams and thottle body butterfly, and work it in there. If that's not it, then you might have to take it up to autozone to see if it's throwing a code?
