You are much more likely to find the answer to this in V6 Tech, or LT1 Tech. Moving to V6 Tech....

Well.. im not sure what much of a difference there is between the 3.4 set-up and the 3.8 set-up but i know all the stuff.. or most of it to do the swap. The 3.4 to LT1:

lt1
ecu w/ wiring harness
torque converter and tranny (4L60-E)
front k member and mounts
springs
shocks
rearend i think
driveshaft
exhaust (manifolds/headers, converter, pipes, mufflers)
radiator
power steering pump
starter
a/c compressor
mounts and brackets
gauge cluster

I think this is most of it.. extremely complicated, but all in all worth it.. in fact im doing it sometime in the near future, give me a private message and i'll send prices and etc if you would like. Its a complete changeover.. and if you have t-tops then you will need subframe connecters and at least possibly a rollbar?. If you were to forego these.. I do believe yours doors will not close correctly and t-tops will get really bad. reminder: rollbar and SFC are primarily going to be needed if your model is a t-top model.. not sure on coupe or convertible.
