Question Is dual exhaust possible...

I just wanted to know if it would affect my car any if i keep the existing stock muffler, but add a second pipe to make it look like dual exhaust? Im not trying to misrepresent my car, but i travel A LOT and whenever i cruise with my friend with his magnaflows it gets bothersome after like 10 minutes. I love the look of them, but since i travel i want to avoid the sound. Any suggestions? thanks

You should jsut get a stock dual outlet muffler if you want teh look but not the sound. If you dont mind a quiet muffler, I'd recommend a dynomax. Theyre cheap and flow well. However if sound is a big concern, just stop by your local muffler shop and ask for a stock dual outlet piece.
