Confused about a wiper problem!!!

I have a 1996 camaro and when you use the wipers only the top part of the wiper actually cleans the windshield....

so I replaced the wiper blade... didnt do it..
went to a local junkyard and got a drivers side wiper arm and put it on..... still didnt work...

now if I look closely as the wiper goes.. you can see that it is on an angle...it sits flat on the car when off.. but when it goes to "Wipe" you can see it actually lift up on the back. Is there an adjustment to where the wiper bolts to?
any help greatly appreciated as driving in the rain.. REALLY SUCKS!!! passenger side is perfect... hmmm how to get the steering over there...

Believe it or not, many people don't realize that these cars use a special wiper blade all their own. I forget the Anco part number, but unless you get the correct blade (might have to special order it), no other blade will work.

This may sound weird, but I had the same problem. All I had to do to fix it was flip the wipers so that the "top" part was now the "bottom" part. If you'll notice, one side is slightly longer than the other. The longer part has to be toward the end.

At least with my Anco wipers...

nope didnt work...

but this is what I did...

I put the wipers on and turned the car off so the wipers were in the middle of the windshield.. then you could see how it wasnt hittin.... so I picked up the wiper where it bends.. and pushed on the small part.. and bent it.... so now i have wipers again.. but for a small side off to the left of the windshield... now the passenger side... really in the middle is kinda messed up... but im not worried about that.. it rained today and I could see!!!!!
