changing tranny fluid

changing tranny fluid

im overdue on a fluid change a few questions
is there a plug simular to the oilpan? do i need to replace the filter?
anyone used trick shift additive?

Just drop the pan, You can add a aftermarket drain plug but unless it is a weld in unit they can leak.

Just use strait certified transmission fluid.

yeah drop the pan, make sure you have a few rags , and a big bucket , its nasty sheet...., and yes replace the filter when you put the new fluid in

Ford fluid is another stupid thing to do even dumber than additives.
