Question Borla Exhaust

I'm going with a Borla exhaust on a 2001. The model I am interested in is #14813. The one question I have is if the camaro's ground effects package will need to be cut so that the exhaust pipes will have the clearance they need.

I'm warning you, don't go with borla exhaust, it rattles like a mother ****er, fits like ****, I took it to a mechanic to fix the rattling, and he said everyone comes in with borla and bitches about the same thing. I wish I never bought a borla, I heard raven is good, I wanna hear sound clips, then maybe return my borla if possible

it rattles to hell, especially in 1st and 2nd gear

Get a dynomax or edelbrock catback unless you're getting the borla for alot cheaper than $600.

I've never had any problems with my borla either. In fact I think it sounds great, never rattles and fits great. I say go for it!

Hey , just go with the borla ,it is probly one of the best exhaust for a v6 and dont listen to anybody about about the rattling , just take it to a good shop and have them install it.

Thanks for all the replies. Can anyone provide pics of their camaro with the Borla exhaust? Interested in seeing one installed with the W68 sport appearance package.

Thumbs up

To complex, thanks for the picture. Interested in knowing if a shop installed it and if you think the Camaro's W68 sport appearance package allows enough clearance.
