1999 v6 puter programmer

i just bought a 160 thermostat for my car and im looking for a programmer that can be used for 1999 camaro since the only one i seen from hypertech is 00-02, does anyone know where i could find one for my year or can i use the 00-02 programmer?

SLP would know where to get it, they use it on some of those 3.8 grand prixs now. they might charge you can arm and a leg for it though.

well going to the dealership was a waist of time, they "cant" do it. so i put the thermostat in, started it up and let it warmed up and it would go to 210, then it would drop to 160 after that. so i tried it a few more times letting it cool down and starting it back up. i disconnected my battery and let it sit for about 1hr and hooked it back up, started the car up to warm up and it only went to 160 so i thinked it worked, well im hoping. in an hr ill try it again to see if it has the same results.
