Welcome to CamaroZ28.com!!

One of the best sources of Camaro info it the "Camaro White Book". Unfortunately, the one year that is skips the detailed SS info is 1999.

Best first step would be to get a printout of all the options on your car. This source can provide detailed info, including the build date, complete (down to the individual suspension springs on each corner) RPO list (decodes the Service Parts label in your glove box), with a number produced that year with each option.

At the end, it will predict how rare your specific car is, but the info has limited value, since it takes into consideration some minor components (like the suspension springs) that really have little value in determining if a vehicle is rare. My lowly Firebird Formula shows up as "1 of 1", for example.

This site used to be free - now I believe their is a small charge:

Here's a link to a copy of SLP's production breakdown for the 1999 Camaro SS. I don't think it will break the numbers down to a cars specific options, but it will give you an idea of how many cars were equipped with that option.
