There have been a number of LS1s run 12.XX stock. Evan Smith drove a stock '99 Z28 to a 12.89 @ 108 I believe. It's rare, but it's been done a few times.

13.1 is an impressive time.

My point was I will never drive to AZ with the drag radials. If I took a trip to AZ I would take my Jeep to hold more gear.

Yep, I don't stand a chance in hell against your scary stock LS1. I'm sure you run a 13.4 on EVERY single pass you make, right? Too bad we aren't closer and can't put this issue to rest.

You wrote, "Sadly, the car won't be stock by then I'm sure and it would get even uglier for you." What mods are YOU referring to? Looks like you can't remember a couple of posts back.

I haven't been to the timed track yet with this setup. I am waiting for cool winter air. I've also been too busy mopping the grudge track with stock LS1s like you.

Whatever. Stock for stock your car is faster than mine by about .4 to .8 of a second in the 1/4. The 'busa is about 3 seconds faster than you stock for stock. Yep, you are an ignorant asswipe just like Cantonracer said.

Steve Y & 97bowtie,

As far as I'm concerned, any thread has outlived it's usefullness when it turns into a back-and-forth war. Especially when you have back to back posts eight minutes apart.
So this one is closing down. You can take your debate to email.
