whatever, dont get all mad at me for stating something that i know for a fact was on the mind of other board members. Reread your posts on this thread, you came across as a punk kid who happened to get money through unfortunate circumstances, then went ahead and bought 3 cars. I guess i read you wrong, but i only got that from your previous posts my bad.

There are several tastefully done Civics around here that trap 120+. While I personally would never want one, how would you feel if you got your doors blown off by a civic? That's why someone would try and make it fast...

I dont want to turn this into one big arguement, but I am curious. How exactly did I come across as a punk kid? I wasnt exactly raised in a well off household. Matter of fact, we were poor. I didnt live with my dad from 4 years old on. So I am a punk kid because I had some cars? ALOT of people on this board have had MANY nice cars. I was just stating what happened to me. Someone asked someone else a question and I happened to have experienced something similar, so I mentioned it. After that, things led to this whole conversation we are having now. So if your idea of a punk kid is someone who was poor his whole life, his father dies and had insurance for his kids, then yes i am a punk kid. But if you thought i was some rich kid mooching off his parents, then sorry if I didnt make it clear that my mom and step dad wouldnt give me a quarter if i asked for it. I am not saying all this to be a d*ck, I just want to make it clear to you that I got what I got for a reason. If I could give everything back and have my father, I would do just that, but I cant. So here I am having learned that, yes i was stupid for spending some of my money the way I did, but you live you learn. Those were my mistakes, and 4 years have gone by since I've made them. I am doing what is right now and thats what matters to me. So my fault for blowing up, but after I got that money, lots of people thought the same thing you did. If you still think I am some punk kid because of this, well thats your business, if not, then great.

I don't think he was a punk kid. I think he was young and wreckless with $$. But a lot of us would have done the same thing in the same position as him. It is very hard to make $$ and so easy to spend it. Hopefully he had fun with the $$ and learned something as well.

But if the world were coming to an end tomorrow, he did the right thing by having fun with the money. You can't save it all for the future, but you can't spend it all now, either. It is a balance.
