I might just never post a kill again. The last one I posted about beating a civic si turbo turned into a like 8 page arguement, and then this has turned into 3 pages of it so far. LETS FOCUS ON WHAT I SAID!! Keep it as "hey nice kill" or something. This is a bit childish. :-/ Thx for those who kept to the point though.

I've personally know 2 people who have run 13.8s in stock 99+ GTs. One is a 99, and the other is a 2000 or 2001. However, most I see run right around a 14.0 on less than perfect track conditions. Should be a close race between an LT1/99+ GT, especially considering that a lot of LT1s are starting to get on in age, compared to the GTs.
