A few bolts and take the back seat, jack and spare tire out... that would save you like what? 50 60lbs easy. That would give the effect of 5 or 6 more HP freed up If you can loose more weight you will have more advantage.

Like said above race from a dig

If you need to race from a 30MPH+ roll then make DANG sure your trans will downshift at WOT

Careful of the hussle... anyone can say anything about their junk in order to walk away with your money.
You shouldn't agree to a money race until after you've seen the vehicle and hopefully you know what you're looking for.

No... you got it backwards. I light, FWD car, especially with something as hard hitting as nitrous will be at a bad disadvantage especially on the street. Something you keep refusing/forgetting to understand is weight transfer.

get 3:73's and some drag radials. you will kick some *** off the line. mine is about 2500rpms at 70 (a4) with that set up.

That car would have to have next to nothing to weigh 1400lbs. like carbon fiber fenders, doors, etc, plexi glass... in other words and all out drag car....un inspectable, non street legal car. he probably took out the back seat and put some stickers on the side of his car and said it was fast.

I had a 155whp 92 Civic Hatchback. It weighed 2230 with me in it and I gutted it alot. I took out the seats, ac and everything that wasn't needed. I ran it many time and the best was a 14.6@92.

My brother had a 205whp 00 Civic hatch. It weighed 2580 with him in it and he ran a 13.3@103.

An LS motor has 120-140 crank Hp. He can't put more than 75 shot.

I had no drag radial, my brother did. If this car has DR's he could give u a run for your money. To be homest your better off going on a highway roll. I had no problem beating most cars on the street with my Civic but on the highway V6 Accords and Camrys could pull me. The 1.8 is torquey considering the weight of the Hatch and the Torque from the spray is strong.

If you pull off a 13.6 I think you could beat him. I give him a 13.8 best.
