So the timeslip is in another city for a car that you are going to sell?

What is next...the scanner broke...your internet broke....

And you call me names...weak.

My 19 second suburban had track stickers...

Have you ever listed the mods for your 5.0?

Here's what he posted in his for sale thread:

gt40p intake
gt40p heads
Flowtech gt40p shorties
MSD igntion
MSD coil
no polutions
power nothing (very light car.. has power lumbar)
e303 cam
hi-volume oil pump
been converted to MAF
electric fan setup (very powerful)
currently has 273 8.8 posi in, but I have 355's in box waiting to be installed
rebuilt '92 5spd transmission
new king cobra clutch
rebuilt motor
2.5" mandrel exhaust
Summit h-pipe
Flowmaster super 40 mufflers
So basically it's an barebones-optioned car with Explorer heads/intake, E303 cam, and 2.73 gears. I personally have a lot of doubts about it being solidly in the 12's but who knows.

Since GT40P's are basically the same as the 93 Cobra except for the spark plug angle, you can assume similar times. The e303 is a mild street cam. I don't see this being a 12 second combo, and certainly not an LS1 killer with 2.73's. But what do I know, I only built my car from the ground up and have been into 5.0 Mustangs since 1993.

I just have doubts on the 2.73's - the combo has enough for a 12 second timeslip, I doubt a consistent mid 12 car but 12's could be had, I just don't think so with a 2.73.

Also, noticed that it was ''converted to maf'' - was this a 4cyl car? 88 was the first year for mass air (california) and 89-up had them in every car so.....
