Mach 1's cant be beat. Definitely not by an LT1 are you kidding me!?!? who posts this stuff. atleast have a video or somethin! oh wait.........

nice kill. You beat the car and the driver. Cars cant race themselves.

I have no issues with the original poster beating a stock Mach 1. Quite feasible. But your idea that F-body LS1's really only made the rated 305-320 crank horsepower is a different story. *MOST* M6 LS1's will dyno north of 300 RWHP (SAE, Dynojet)...that's HP at the wheels. *MOST* A4's will approach that number, and some exceed it. The LS1 was seriously under-rated in the F-body.

An LS1 with bolt-ons and properly setup cam can easily be in the 400 RWHP range. Go take a look at LS1tech.com to see how some of those cars run.
