No fair, you were DRAFTING him, NASCAR style. No wonder you crawled right up on his rear bumper at speed. Having him take all the wind resistance and you having almost none is like...... like you picked up at least 100 HP advantage. If you had raced from the lane next to him and had equal wind resistance to deal with he would have been at least 10-15 car length in front of you.

<this has been a test of the emergency BS system. This is only a test. Had this been an actual BS emergency the information you just read would have been backed up with quotes from magazine articles and false claims of actual first hand experience. This was only a test.>

Good kill!

since when did a 95 gt run mid 14's , mind you mid 13's? i dont think i have heard of a stock 94-97 gt hitting low 14's!
and i highly doubt a 95 gt will keep up with a 99/01 cobra! stock for stock.
please correct me if i am wrong

Evan Smith got a bone stock '94 GT (identical to a '95) with 2.73s and a 5-speed to run a 14.5x. He is a great driver, though. Tons of '95 GTs run mid 13s with mods. 1BadazzGT from this website ran a low 14 with a stock '97 GT. PM him. Yes a '95 GT will not keep up with a 99/01 Cobra stock for stock, but the '95 in question has quite a few mods.
