If you've already purchased Spohn components then I'd stay w/ them I am trying for an all BMR suspension Xcept the springs..

I've been searching for all those windshields cracked by 3-point STB's, and so far have only found one verified case. It was a road race car the managed to go off the course and ended up in a ditch. All the other "stories" seemed to happen to someone's best friend's half-sister's boyfriend's uncle.

10 years in the car, and the windshield is still in one piece :

Yeah, I think the whole 3-point STB windshield cracking problem has been way over blown. I haven't found any other info about the windshield cracking except when it was installed wrong, or the instance that you mention.
