tire rub?

tire rub?

I had my car full of people and paintball gear and hit a pothole now when all the people are in my car and i take a turn i hear what i think is tire rub from the back left side what should I do?

basically you are experiencing what alot of people do when they lower the car...only yours is due to weight

pull the tire off and try to find the spot that rubbed. if its on the inside of the wheel well you can sometimes take a hammer and pound the metal in to get clearance.

if it's on the fender lip...not much you can do other than roll your fender.

i suggest putting less weight in the car. its not a truck after all

Check the "bump stops".... the rubber rots and falls off.

Are you running stock wheels/tires, or aftermarket?

im using 18 inch 'vette tires on the back and 17s on the front.
